As at September 2019.

Please read through our returns policy carefully as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase with us. We pride ourselves in the design and quality of our products so we thought we would fill you in on how things operate.

 

  • Full cash/EFTPOS refunds will be given if a purchased item is faulty and returned in-store within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, only in-store credit will be granted.

  • Refunds are NOT provided for “change of mind”. If you “change your mind”, all items are subject to either an exchange or in-store credit to the same dollar value.

  • Customers who have received an incorrect size or item to the order are entitled to a full refund or replacement. If this has occurred, please contact us at info@fxnlrehab.com.au

  • Item(s) purchased at FXNL Rehab clinics must be returned in-store and must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached. 

  • All items will be thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. Items that do not meet the above standards will not be accepted and the customer will be notified.

  • Refunds, exchanges or in-store credit will only take place once we receive the original item.

  • Please allow 5-10 working days for us to assess and process your return once received. It may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account

  • In-store credit can be used on any other service or product that we offer. Valid for 6 MONTHS only.
